Meet Josie!
Josie Maw is a senior at Millard West high school. She is the chair of the Nebraska state thespian officer board. This is her second year as an officer, and she’s excited to continue to make the Nebraska theater community a better place. She is a member of Troupe 5483, and serves on the Millard West Theatre Board. She is involved in varsity choir in show choir, lacrosse, National Honors Society, and more. Josie has attended State Thespian Festival since her freshman year, it is one of her favorite things about theatre in Nebraska. She takes part in both cast and crew, valuing the production as a whole over individual input. After high school, Josie plans to pursue a four-year undergraduate program in psychology, followed by a doctorate in psychiatry. In her free time, Josie likes to draw, write, and find new places in Omaha to explore. She is looking forward to a new year of excellence and leadership in the Nebraska Thespian community.
